Boğaziçi signed a Research Attachment Program (ARAP) agreement with Singapore's A*Star
With this agreement, Boğaziçi Ph.D. students in sciences and engineering will be able to spend up to 2 years of their studies in Singapore with full scholarship from A*Star.
