Getting your Learning Agreement approved
Once you have arrived at your host institution, you need to fill out some documents and have them signed:
- Student Certificate of Attendance
- Student Learning Protocol: Take the one previously signed by your department with you.

Important note: If you add or drop a class at your host institution, you are required to get your Learning Agreement approved and re-signed by your host institution. The new Learning Agreement must show the classes you have added/dropped and your final schedule. For more information, please visit here.
